In this episode I talk to Laura Messner, elite racer and member of the ComebackKids, winners of Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge. She shares with us what she and the ComebackKids did to get accepted for the show and took me through some of the experiences in filming. She talks about what shes done since winning and her hopes to come back for season 2.
Laura also shares with us some real motivation! She tells us about the vlog shes working on that will undoubtedly spread the same motivation she shared on the show.
